Wood's 100
2 bar spoons
Honey
2 bar spoons
Ginger syrup
Extract

Mint leaves
Method
Muddle Wood's 100 and ginger extract, ginger syrup and 1 bar spoon of honey. Stir then float Wood's and remaining bar spoon of honey on top. Serve in an old fashioned glass over crushed ice.Garnish
